Historia
We began with a question: “Do you listen to respond, or listen to understand?” While many books are written about how to get your point across, effective communication is about transmitting and receiving messages as close to the intended meaning as possible. One central issue contributes more than others to the deterioration of a message’s intended meaning. Real-world communication can be compared to standing on a two-way street filled with loud and distracting traffic. Imagine that you are on one side of that street, but the person trying to speak with you is on the other side.

Excellent!
Revisado: 10-02-24
This is an excellent book on overall effective communication. It begins a bit slow and clinical but really excels at tying everything together through the rest of the book. I really appreciate how they cited references throughout and encouraged further reading. Highly recommend!

The best one yet?
Revisado: 10-20-20
id be hard pressed to pick only one, but this one is right up there in the series! The full spectrum of emotions. James did his usual phenomenal job with the narration.

Better than other reviews
Revisado: 06-28-19
Some reviews said the narrator was hard to listen to, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The series is in my top three favorites so the story was as expected. Overall a great listen.

Exceptional book and production
Revisado: 10-05-16
This was my first Neil Gaiman book, recommended by a good friend. I'm definitely a fan. I do believe "Tiger's Balls" will be stuck in my head for quite some time.

Wonderful and sad
Revisado: 03-24-16
The book was absolutely wonderful! Typical Terry Pratchett. Knowing it's the last in a series that covered most of my lifetime is sad though. It's not easy saying goodbye to characters I've known forever.
