I loved this story! I love this series! I have read all of them so far. I went into this one TRYING not to guess who the bad guy was because I'm always wrong..hahaha BUT i did have a short list. Low and behold I WAS SOOO WRONG! 🤣 Catherine Cowles has a way with keeping you on your toes with who the bad guys are in her books.
Arden and Lincs' connection was so good from the beginning! When things finally exploded between them, it was 🔥🥵. Sebastian York and Samantha Brentmor did amazing as the voices of Linc and Arden. I think Sebastian was a PERFECT choice for Linc. he would be who i would have picked too.
That little Easter egg at the very end of the audio book had me 😲🤩

Oh Raylee!! we love her! Her and Colton are like fire and Gasoline but yet so made for each other! I love this story. I loved all of shantels books. I loved the narration. the performance was great! I wasn't crazy about the male narration at first but it grew on me as i listened. The female though, she was on point! I felt the spirit of Raylees character in her while I listened.

I have no words! I can't exactly say anything without giving away details/spoilers. The whole book 2 was a wild ride for sure. I'm not surprised about him letting that person live though. I'm actually ok with it, I think. I'm so glad I decided to finally start these books. I listened to them and read the book on KU. On KU you can see the handwritten letters/diary entries and such then you also get to hear duet style narration with Teddy and Michelle with audible when im doing thing or in the car, WIN WIN!!

lots of spice and good story

ok so first..narration TOP NOTCH..Teddy Hamilton is amazing. Michelle is perfect for adeline. I love duet style narrations too so that was a plus. The story as a whole was not what I was expecting going into it. I dove into this book only knowing that it was a cat and mouse duet aka stalker. I wasn't expecting zades job and all that stuff, plus the story of the murder of her grandmother. can't wait to start book 2.

I absolutely loved this story. a great way to end this series. this story was way more than I expected. of course the narration was amazing. Love me some Conner Crais! and Samantha was a perfect voice for Tessa.

after listening to this a second time I'm finally getting around to leaving a review...lol. im re-listening to the first 3 books in preparation for the 4th release at the end of the month. I enjoyed this story as much as the first. the narration, as always, was amazing. Andi and Joe are some of the best! they always know how to pull you into the story. Judd and Salem are amazing characters and of course we can't forget little juni b. I am hoping for a story with her and Gage will come in the future. These kids in these stories are just so adorable, I always get a kick out of the narration of the kids voice by these narrators..its just so cute. overall I of course loved the storyline, A.L Jackson never disappoints.

I am in love with this whole series. I can't wait to read milo and Tessa story in promise me always. A.L Jackson always delivers a great story! the narration, as always is amazing! Love me some Connor Crais, anything with him narrating, I'll listen to..lol. the characters were great and I absolutely love little Gage, such a sweet character.

This story blew my mind. this is the 1st book I've read/listened of this author and the first "romantic thriller" I guess that I have read. The beginning was disturbing but as the story went on I found myself getting angry about verity and her lack of mothering and disdain for the pregnancy and her kids..those chapters were hard to get through not gonna lie. then the ending just kinda made me mad because it left you questioning everything you just listened to..I don't like that at all.

ok..so I really enjoy this authors books ALOT! she has became one of my absolute favorites. I love this series alot, so I was excited for this book. I enjoyed the story overall but I will admit that it was VERY SLOW. I struggled to get through this one. it grabbed my attention in the beginning and then I was lost somewhere about a 1/4 way through..until the last maybe 6 or so chapters when everything finally started happening..the epilogue was lacking for me, I wish it wouldn't have been so short and so far into their future. overall because I really love this series I would still give it high ratings.
