Historia
The Bobiverse is a different place in the aftermath of the Starfleet War, and the days of the Bobs gathering in one big happy moot are far behind. There’s anti-Bob sentiment on multiple planets, the Skippies playing with an AI time bomb, and multiple Bobs just wanting to get away from it all. But it all pales compared to what Icarus and Daedalus discover on their 26,000-year journey to the center of the galaxy.

Bitjj be of a filler
Revisado: 09-11-24
Overall a good story, the Dragon planet arc though was really not needed and for me a bit of boring sideline, would far rather have seen it focus on the main plot line, huge amount of scope there and could easily have taken up the whole story

Historia
Fischer has everything he needs in life: blossoming friendships, a menagerie of cute animal companions, a waterfront property with easy access to fishing, and enough coffee to take out a small elephant or a really big dog. Unfortunately, Fischer can’t catch a break. Cosmic forces? Still throwing curveballs. The bigwigs in the capital? Starting to sniff around his business. Cults? Still culting. Plus, awakened beings are washing up on his shores like flotsam after a storm. And worst of all? His coffee guy ghosted him!

Lots of feel good factor
Revisado: 09-03-24
The series starts out really well. Good premise, nice character building and fun world. Very gentle and feel good. What it lacks though is progression, there really is only so much I can listen to about fishing, at first I thought it would fade out from this but no, it just keeps going on and on and on, in fact it gets more intense as more characters get involved in the cult. Have purchased the second book but can see me giving up soon unless there is a lot more plot progression and the obsession with fishing starts to fade out a good bit

Never been a fan of LitRPG, this though take it to a different level and steps the genre up a notch. Characters are so well rounded, the plot just pulls you in and above all the writing is flawless. Jeff Hayes is just the cherry on top, fantastic narration and by far his best yet and that’s going some.
I do though appear to have fell in love with the head of a sex doll, please please give us more Samantha, she is hilarious, even if she does kill my mother

Good plot, god awful narration
Revisado: 11-09-14
Any additional comments?
Have just finished listening to the entire series, it was tough going though and considered many times letting it go, the one thing that kept me going through this was the story itself. Good concept, good characters if a bit rushed at time. The thing that let it down completely though was narration, it was by far the worst I have ever came across in all my many years on audible. The voices of each and every character where delivered in a style that can only be described as an astonished 5 year old, inflection was awful. Seriously, they had 80 year old, very wise and learned men with the voices of little kids. In order to get through I had to try and take each delivered sentence and imagine it as I would have read it rather than the awful way it was delivered by the narrator.
Would I recommend this, yes, but not in audible format. Go buy the book.

Historia
For a two-thousand-year-old Druid, Atticus O'Sullivan is a pretty fast runner. Good thing, because he's being chased by not one but two goddesses of the hunt - Artemis and Diana - for messing with one of their own. Dodging their slings and arrows, Atticus, his apprentice Granuaile and his wolfhound Oberon are making a mad dash across modern-day Europe to seek help from a friend of the Tuatha Dé Danann. His usual magical option of shifting planes is blocked, so instead of playing hide and seek, the game plan is...

Brilliant as ever
Revisado: 07-07-13
What about Christopher Ragland’s performance did you like?
Very bizarre one this, downloaded trapped and hunted at the same time. Was a bit worried that Luke was not narrating. When I started listening to trapped it was Mr Ragland and was not impressed, half way through the first chapter though it switched to Luke Daniel's "bizarre" and he continued till the end.
Hunted was the same except it started with Luke then changed to Ragland for a very short time half way through. Most odd, not complaining though. This does mean that Audible has the book in both voices which is again strange.
Any additional comments?
Atticus and Oberon are fantastic characters, the story is never for a second dull and the pace is relentless. Love the way he manages to tie in all the God myths and bring them together. highly recommended read if you are a fan of urban fantasy or not. Oberon is just hilarious

An ending, no, just another beginning
Revisado: 02-15-13
Any additional comments?
Many years of following the wheel as it turned have now culminated in the conclusion of one of its cycles, what a simply fantastic journey it has been. The conclusion was epic, with many, if not all the questions answered and cycles completed. Thank Mr Jordon and Mr Sanderson, you have given me and others a great deal of enjoyment and filled our lives with a rich and inspiring world.
Could it have been better, like all things in life of course it could have been. As work of literary fiction though it is one of the greatest ever written.
So jump onto the wheel as it turns towards Rand, Matt and Perrrin, revel in it as it spins its path through many twists and turns and then enter a new age at its conclusion. You will laugh, cry, get highly irritated by bickering women, curse the forsaken, mourn lost battles and friends and feel elated at the victories. You will though be left feeling your life is slightly emptier as the wheel enters the fourth age and you close the final page on the third.

Revisado: 10-21-06
If you follow Robert Jordan you are probably aware by now that he is currently fighting a life threatening disease and his family and fans face the prospect of loosing a literary genius. Robert Jordan has given fans of fantasy one of the great epics, as I write this I pray that he he is given the the time to write us an end for this great work and goes on to create many more. Many thanks Robert and may God speed you back to good health. Start at the beginning and read them all… some slow paced….. some fast….. some lows but many highs…. Overall, authorial brilliance.
