Great story another cliffhanger
Revisado: 04-30-25
I enjoyed seeing another step in Tom's story and I'm so Glad to actually see him accomplish his mounting goals even if it's only some of them. him constantly getting sidetracked delayed and ultimately just screwed can be nerve-wracking and enjoyable at the same time seeing him actually accomplish some of his stuff especially a big stuff is really nice. Now I hope beyond hope in the next book he isn't delayed too much on getting some of his important stuff done.

Historia
Dangerous forces are at work across galactic space that the Omnians are attempting to stabilize, but their resources are severely strained. The SADEs, self-aware digital entities, express to Alex Racine and Renée de Guirnon their desire to know the method of their creation. Alex and Renée, the Omnian co-leaders, want to obtain the knowledge for the SADEs, who are humans’ closest allies. Alex, Renée, and Julien, a friend and a SADE, board the giant city-ship, Freedom, which sails for Méridien, the home world of the far-reaching human colonies of the Confederation.

different narrator: (
Revisado: 11-09-24
story: overall pretty damn good. The pace is changed slightly compared to other books but I don't take it as a bad thing I just take it as a different.
narrator: this one's performance fell short compared to the other one. It's not fair to compare to people they're both different I'm upset with the pronunciation of dasada that she went with it's different from G.G. and if she was taking over a series she should have listened to some of the books to get a feel for what we were expecting. I don't feel like she did that. she's not a bad narrator but she's not a good one either. she didn't seem to personalize the characters in any way shape or form, she didn't follow any of the examples are considered are expectations. I'm disappointed to put it simply. however not enough to quit listening to the series.
this new narrator still has an opportunity with the following books to improve my impression.
