Eisenstein is incredibly articulate. The message he is delivering struck every chord in my heart. He speaks about the hippies of the 60s, of which I was one, and the vision of a loving world they tried to usher in and failed. or did they? The seeds they planted, along with indigenous wisdom keepers all over the world, were buried under all the manure of a culture which is rotting. A new awareness is now being born and the gifts of the fruit are developing. I highly recommend Charles Eisenstein's book.

I've been a professional life coach for over 20 years and a meditation/mindfulness practitioner for several decades as well.  In an effort to help myself as well as my clients, I've read hundred of books on mindfulness and how to integrate the practice into daily life.  I find Matt Tenney's shocking personal background story and the difficulties he endured give powerful credibility to his hard-knocks wisdom.  Set in a framework of neuroscience and behavioral examples proving the power of mindfulness, this book offers the most convincing argument for why mindfulness needs to be a part of every business starting with the top leaders.
