Aaron's approach not only makes sense but is proven. I've found structured marathon training plans to be helpful but they should be followed as a guide and above all, your body should guide you. Be flexible to make changes and try new things, be smart, and have fun! Thanks Aaron for sharing your knowledge and experience.
