I think that anyone listening to Prince Harry would have to say that he, at a minimum, believes he is telling the fairest possible rendering of his life and the events he’s experienced. He’s likable, accessible and real. He admits when he’s wrong. He gives credit to those with whom he has disputes, when the credit is due.

He seems to care about people and he loves his family. And he loves his wife and children.

Who could say that about the other royals? They are as they were cultivated - cold, distant and detached.

Nothing about his recounting sounds over the top or self-aggrandizing. It’s succinct in its presentation of the facts as he sees them. And all any of us can do is present our honest perspective on any given event, granting grace to third party points of view as they may breach our consciousness.

I like this guy. Wish him and his family well.

I think his story is worth reading.

This was a great listen. Joe Morton is the most effortless reader and performer I’ve heard on an Audible book.

Ellison is incredible and interesting and strange. A magnificent writer.

As a black man, I felt regret that I am so late to this important book.

Terrific!

Chopra remains an insightful genius and even if you don't agree or don't want to agree with him, you are hard pressed to defeat the logic of a man who isn't really trying to convince you. Truth is self evident and Chopra gently prods you to embrace the truth and open yourself to the possibilities. You can always go back to non-belief, but I bet, if you actually him, you won't.

This is an awesome, honest and inspiring account of the world's foremost technology innovator and one of the chief architect's of consumer IT products. Issacson deftly navigates the reader through an interesting, complex story about a man whose vision and marketing capabilities brought us Apple and Pixar, revolutionized the music industry and put the world in the palm of our hands. His manic and obsessive tendencies and abuse of those around him are not hidden, but laid bare for us to understand that, despite his prowess as visionary and businessman, no one is even close to perfect. His soul is unleashed in each chapter and the inevitability of his demise to the horrible cancer that consumed him, reveals to all and to Jobs himself, what made him tick. It is about the power of commitment to principles and ideals and how one person can truly shape and change the world.

In a word, powerful.
