You can tell the narrator is possibly in her 60s or older. Her narration was flat with no range especially in the male voice. Overall it's an ok book

I love Jas character he's very mysterious , mature, & intelligent. Ashira I absolutely hate her character she's judgemental, entitled, & spoil & she keep saying slick shit to him. She's so immature I wish he had a more suitable woman as his counterpart. He's way too good for her & I hoping they wouldn't hook up. I absolutely did not like her at all. So will not be purchasing book 2 & 3. I don't understand how people actually love this book it quite boring.

I love KC Mills books but this was a struggle to get though this one. Not her best work. It was so boring & the male narrator voice sounded sleepy or something like that. Waste of a credit. Listen to it because I didn't want to completely waste my credit.
