This is not for everyone. If you see reviews saying “life changing” and others saying this didn’t work or made things worse is for a reason. This book is written for women and women go through many different hormonal stages in life. A low calorie ketogenic diet can be a hormonal disaster for many. I was hoping more about women food and hormones. Not to read yet another boring restrictive keto diet.

women have to suffer all the health consequences of the hormonal bc and no doctor knows exaclty why or how. Not that I know of. This book is perfectly written and narrated. full of referenced and right to the point. every body has to read it. aside from all the side effects described in it, every single woman that I've seen in my practice comes with a plethora of symptoms that go away once they ditch the pill. Many of them doubt their sexuality while on it why? Because they are in a chemical menopause! There is no biological reason for them to be attracted to men. This is has to stop. It's unfair and ruins women's lives.
