honestly this blew my mind. I've been working my tail off for 3 years in real estate thought I had it all figured out and couldn't understand what I was doing wrong. there were so many aha moments throughout this book for me. probably the best book I've ever read. I just finished it now I plan on reading it again

Excellent book.

Love this book. It's on my top 10 favorites list. Wish more authors wrote books like this without angst between the H&h.
I've listened to the audio version more than I care to admit. Usually I won't purchase a book with a male narrator but AA did an excellent job. Actually I think he was perfect for this book.

I was so excited to read this book but it was a dud for me. It wasn't bad it just wasn't as good the rest. The narrator did a great as usual.

Angela Dawe once again did an amazing job narrating. This truly was a wonderful book, I do have one complaint. I thought the heroine's beliefs were rediculous and at times I wanted to shake her, OR slap her. I gave this book 5 stars because it deserved it even though I didn't much care for the h. This is the only book I've read in this series where the h could be a complete idiot. Most of Howells heroine's are stronger of mind than the h in this book. I still recommend reading it because it really was a great book.

Not my favorite of the series

I absolutely love this series but this one really made me mad. I've listened to the audio version twice and both times I was so angry. The H was so horrible to the h. She was treated so poorly I don't even understand why she loved him. (Mild spoiler) When she leaves him he obviously gets angry, and feels like he's been slighted. Then she feels like she was behaving like a child because she left. That man should have been on his hands and knees begging for forgiveness. It was always about his feeling never hers.
This is the only book I've ever read by HH where I absolutely hated the H. I just never felt like he truly redeemed himself. It's obvious why he should love her but I just don't see why in the world she would or could love him. Maybe if there had been a prologue where you could have seen their relationship prior to his memory loss it would have made me see why she would have loved him.
Angela Dawe was an outstanding narrator. I wish every one of HH books were done by her. The men sound like men, women like women, children like children...etc. You get the point.
Do I recommend reading it? Unfortunately yes..lol.

This is one of my favorites of the series. The epilogue makes me cry every single time I listen to it.
The narration of this series is the best I've heard. My favorite is The Vow. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

I did not like the narrator for this book. I'm going to read it again at later time to see if my opinion changes. If I had know almost the entire story took place in a brothel I never would have read it. The h was blind and that sounded appealing, so I gave it try. She got on my nerves. She played rediculous games with H to find out if he cared for her. My opinion of this book may be swayed due to my extreme dislike of the narrator, so I may read it later.
