Historia
Talking about death and dying is considered taboo in polite company, and even in the medical field. Our ideas about dying are confusing at best: Will our memories flash before our eyes? Regrets consume our thoughts? Does a bright light appear at the end of a tunnel? For most people, it will be a slower process, one eased with preparedness, good humor, and a bit of faith. At the forefront of changing attitudes around palliative care is hospice nurse Hadley Vlahos, who shows that end-of-life care can teach us just as much about how to live as it does about how we die.

Comforting
Revisado: 07-14-23
I have lost a few family members recently and am fascinated and comforted by stories of those who are greeted by loved ones as they cross over into the after life. My only warning is that this book is a constant tear jerker and if you’re not comfortable with crying in public you may want to listen to it behind closed doors. My neighbors are probably a little concerned about me since I often listened to this book while walking my dog, tears streaming down my face, on multiple occasions.

Meh
Revisado: 04-16-19
Cliche concepts delivered in a preachy, and condescending format. I guess this might be good for a woman in her early 20’s, but as a woman in her late thirties, this book offered nothing new or groundbreaking.

Kinda Wacky
Revisado: 07-21-16
This book was a little weird. I'm all about self love, but saying "I love my incredible anus" is a bit much. This book is only affirmations, I guess I was expecting a bit more, and I just couldn't take it seriously once I heard the aforementioned affirmation.

Nothing New
Revisado: 06-20-16
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
New techniques
Has Email Marketing Demystified turned you off from other books in this genre?
No
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
I'm sure this would be good for someone who had no idea about email marketing.
Any additional comments?
This book is definitely not for someone who is already using email marketing in their business, it is for someone who's brand new to it as it goes over (in long drawn out detail) the very basics of email marketing. I listened to most of it hoping to get some tips or techniques that I didn't already know about, but didn't ever get any. I feel it is a waste of time for those people who are looking to up their game in email marketing. However, if you're brand new to this, I think it would be helpfu to you.
