Amazing!
Revisado: 03-14-24
This is my second story by Glendy Vanderah, and she continues to awe me with her talents and twist that I never see coming. I had just finished The Light Through the Leaves and loved it so much that I found this one and went right into it. With amazing characters, an amazing and emotional story, laughter, tears, and hope, this is definitely one not to be missed!

A brilliant story!
Revisado: 03-07-24
I just finished listening to this and I am in awe. The storyline spanned several years and is from two points of views; one a devastated mother and the second by a young girl. This was an intricate story that grabbed me from the beginning and wrapped itself around my heart and my mind. To be honest, this was recommended to me from a friend and is something that I may have otherwise passed on. I am so glad that I didn't. I am positive that this story will stay with me for a very long time.
Excellent narration that truly brought The Light Through the Leaves to life for me. I highly recommend this, whether you listen or read it, you will be glad that you did! So far, my favorite read of 2024.

But with every clash, there's also an undeniable chemistry.

Excellent in every way!
Revisado: 02-04-23
I absolutely loved both this story and the narrator. Even though this is technically a Christmas story, I truly feel as though it could and should be enjoyed any time of the year. Sam is the most amazing character, and I believe everyone should have a 'Sam' in their life! Full of heart, laughter, and reminders that things don't always go as planned, Finding Christmas will make you smile and warm your heart!

Historia
Nestled in the mountain shadows of Alabama lies the little town of Wicklow. It is here that Anna Kate has returned to bury her beloved Granny Zee, owner of the Blackbird Café. It was supposed to be a quick trip to close the café and settle her grandmother’s estate, but despite her best intentions to avoid forming ties or even getting to know her father’s side of the family, Anna Kate finds herself inexplicably drawn to the quirky Southern town her mother ran away from so many years ago, and the mysterious blackbird pie everybody can’t stop talking about.

A delightful and engrossing story!
Revisado: 08-30-22
This is truly one of my favorite audiobooks so far this year. The storyline is intoxicating, the characters are likeable and their development through the story is superb. The narrator did an amazing job of bringing the story and characters to life. My favorite voicing was, by far, that of the little girl, Ollie.
I look forward to more books by Heather Webber!

As an elite event planner, Margot's rubbed elbows with the cream of Chicago society and made elegance and glamour her business. She's riding high until one event goes tragically, spectacularly wrong. Historia
I’ve been in this life for fifty years, been trying to work out its riddle for forty-two, and been keeping diaries of clues to that riddle for the last thirty-five. Notes about successes and failures, joys and sorrows, things that made me marvel, and things that made me laugh out loud. How to be fair. How to have less stress. How to have fun. How to hurt people less. How to get hurt less. How to be a good man. How to have meaning in life. How to be more me. Recently, I worked up the courage to sit down with those diaries.
