Historia
Life as a raider in the Wastes, where monsters roam and the military lurks, is as easy as it sounds. I’ve been out here for a long time, and the fear that courses through my blood every time I step outside our camp walls to scavenge never fades. No matter how many monsters you face—and have to run for your life from—it doesn’t ever get easier. But when I come across a bound and injured monster in an abandoned military base, I can’t leave him behind.

My favorite couple so far in the series. The story is good as is the spice.

Peyote Trip has a pretty good gig in the deals department on the fifth floor of Hell. Sure, none of the pens work, the coffee machine has been out of order for a century, and the only drink on offer is Jägermeister, but Pey has a plan—and all he needs is one last member of the Harrison family to sell their soul.

Witty suspense
Revisado: 01-15-23
Hell as an industry is not a new concept, but this story does it so well. The mystery, the atmosphere, and the realization that we are who we are.

cozy little murder
Revisado: 09-16-22
A well read cozy mystery. The characters are interesting and plot has enough turns to keep me interested but not too many that I have to take notes. I'll likely continue to listen to the series.

excitingly dark fairytale
Revisado: 09-13-22
To compare it to something else, though it is it's own story, I would say it is The Neverending Story if that were written for adults. Dark but colorful in atmosphere, 10/10.

Perdictable
Revisado: 07-29-22
This was your basic who-done-it without the flare or twist. From the moment the characters meet each other you know who and why. The performance wasn't very good either as the narrator's voice gave inflections that I don't think were meant to be there, and there was no decerning one voice from another.

Historia
The night uncovers all we wish not to see. A troubled man enters a dusky park before sunset. A young woman follows, hidden in shadow. Both have returned to the park to take back something the past has stolen from them, to make right six long years of suffering, and to find justice or perhaps redemption - or maybe they'll settle for some old-fashioned revenge. But something evil is alive and awake in those woods, creatures that care nothing for human motivations. They’re driven by their own insatiable need: a ravenous, bottomless hunger.

Meh
Revisado: 03-11-22
The story was okay at best. The best parts are at the end when it gets unexpectedly darker. Overall I didn't like the story though. the writing was not great, dialogue was clunky and cliche.

Historia
Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts when the letters start dropping on the doormat at number four, Privet Drive. Addressed in green ink on yellowish parchment with a purple seal, they are swiftly confiscated by his grisly aunt and uncle. Then, on Harry's eleventh birthday, a great beetle-eyed giant of a man called Rubeus Hagrid bursts in with some astonishing news: Harry Potter is a wizard, and he has a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. An incredible adventure is about to begin!

Historia
It is only when the bones of its prey are discovered in a remote Scottish glen that the majesty and power of one of nature’s most successful predators is truly revealed. As it strikes silently from the shadows and on nights shrouded in darkness, a small village falls under siege to a remarkable creature. For thousands of years mankind has had the upper hand but now - suddenly, violently, bloodily - the balance of power has shifted.
