Wonderful start slightly pulled down by graphic details.

Firstly, well done on the performance. Whenever there are more than one reader, especially when you have a male and female voices, a decent performance is expected and that is delivered here.
Second, the overall "magic system" is intriguing and an interesting enough to keep the attention. I found it to be entertaining and like to see more development of it in further books.
Lastly, why do I rate the story 4 stars instead of a full 5. We'll it's the graphic sex scenes. When you have a story and world that is as interesting as this you do not need to bring it down with blow by blow descriptions of sexual acts. Now the reason I gave this book an overall score of 5 is because there was only a few scenes and they only took up the last parts of their respective chapter.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book and will be getting the second one in the series.

Wonderful Beginning

I enjoyed this book. The characters were, for the most part, fleshed out well. Many of the antagonists were boilerplate bad guys, but the main struggle was the journey thus it did not drag it down in the least. Highly recommend to give this book a read and hopefully the rest of the series keeps to this quailitiy.

A wonderful 1,2,3 part adventure. There are a couple of recording errors but the story and narration are excellent. Definitely worth a credit.

I burned through this book in 2 days, just could not turn it off. The only thing that smarts right now is just one book is out. I will definitely be getting the second one as soon as it comes out.

Awesome Story

This was a wonderful story. With so many series, this was a refreshing one and done. Saying that my only complaint is that there was not more. However, that is also a good quality, just enough to enjoy and leave you sad to see it end. Highly Recommend.

Good Story iffy Narration

So the story is above average while the Narration was kinda not great. Really like the concept of following a genuinely evil protagonist but there are a lot of sexual descriptions and reused descriptions throughout. Overall pretty awsome way to start a series.
The narrators voice was pretty okay for most of the story but the "evil empowered" voice was incredibly cringy to the point of immersion breaking. It would not be so bad if it did not take some much of the dialog time.
My personal advice is it is a decent listen but do so with headphones in (and turned down so the dings don't deafen you) and retcon the super evil voice in your own head

Great Book and Awesome Voice Acting
