It's the third audiobook on the subject I listen to, but it will be the last. Packed with knowledge is changing my son and my family's life for the better. I have 3 children, one son with ADHD, a daughter and another son who are " neurotically," but I can use all the advice for all three regardless of ADHD. I also realized that we, the parents, have to change first. The blaming, anger, and frustration wheel is now stopping to turn, and new, much more rewarding feelings are taking place. Thanks, William, great job

Beautiful book full of lots of fun ideas!

One of my favorite keto cookbooks is this one. The materials and directions are straightforward, but the concepts and outcomes are inventive and tasty. Bagel chaffles, chaffle lasagna, and even chaffle birthday cake are among the clever ideas included.

Helpful workbook

This book is divided into two parts: an educational section and a worksheet for extremely sensitive persons. Although most of the information is a rehash of what you've probably already read if you're an HSP, it's still a good reminder. I haven't finished all of the activities in this book yet, but I have read it completely. I'm excited to get started on the workbook.
