Historia
In the battle for our emotional health, no one is coming to our rescue. First Responders pay a heavy toll for their years of service to our communities: a cost that is often paid at the expense of their peace, health, families, and sometimes their lives. The emotional health support systems that were in place to protect you were often, if not always, waiting for you to be broken before help was ever initiated. And as a result, we've just gone over the tipping point.

Is The Line Safe?
Revisado: 12-01-24
Checkpoints is a great read and happy to learn that it is viable program benefitting ALL involved. The tenacious spirit of which the Author sought to implement this plan and the gifts of the group selected to see it through to fruition is beyond admirable. Finally, a program rescuing the rescuer. The Line Is Safe.

Chip’s Like Me

Love this book. Chip described meeting stages in his life that I’m facing currently. Very uplifting read. Encouraging, and inspiring. I too believe that all people, places, and things are placed in front of you for a reason. Glad I picked up this book. A must read.

Historia
The occasion was a big birthday. And it inspired two close friends to get together in Dharamsala for a talk about something very important to them. The friends were His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu. The subject was joy. Both winners of the Nobel Prize, both great spiritual masters and moral leaders of our time, they are also known for being among the most infectiously happy people on the planet.

JOY Brings PEACE

This Audible was self reflective, humbling, and educational. The exercises in the final chapter are helpful. This is a must read and or listen. What a Better World This Would Be. Thank You.
