The Importance of Women's HerStory
Revisado: 12-06-19
This perspective of 'The Women's Suffrage Movement' is incredibly important today. Understanding the struggles of women who fought tirelessly for decades, realizing the harsh reality of the more unsavoury aspects, including racism as well as white supremacism of those key women leading this suffrage movement is essential in healing the issues we face today.
It is also important to consider the question; what if the key women who fought for voting rights had focused their efforts on inclusivity, human rights, freedom and education for all people, how might that have changed the unjust systems that are in place now?
We need this HerStory more than ever. We need younger generations to understand how their foremothers fought and suffered, so that we have what freedom we have today, and how fragile those rights still are, as those with money and power are still attacking those hard won rights women do have. We are living in an age where religious conservatives are still calling the shots, and creating barriers to women's freedom, regardless of what's best for the individual or our collective humanity.
Schools must teach this HerStory from an early age, so that future voter's will appreciate fully the struggles that freedom and democracy cost still today. We all must understand that our future depends on every one of us voting and taking an active part in our democracy, no matter what!
Please, listen to this book, share this information with other's. If democracy is to flourish it will only be when we reflect on where we've been, where we're going, and as we create a positive vision for our future for all life on our fragile Earth.

After his tutelage under a surrogate father figure, Valentine begins his transformation into a kind of messiah.

My Touchstone Book
Revisado: 04-21-19
I have read Stranger In A Srange Land at various stages of my life, starting when I was a teenager. Several decades later I still find that some of the ideas in this book resonate deeply.
Reflecting on parts of this book while reading it recently made me realize how Stranger In A Srange Land has influenced me. I see the world and human diversity in a broad, all inclusive, universal way, and I know for certain that I was influenced reading this book in my formative years. Thank you Mr. Heinlein.
Considering this book was published in 1961, some of the more radical ideas were way ahead of their time, yet, many of the concepts are still timeless.
I enjoyed reading Stranger In A Srange Land at this stage of my life. I highly recommend this thoughtful and revolutionary work by Robert A. Heinlein!

The World Peace Diet Will Transform Our Earth
Revisado: 12-30-18
'The World Peace Diet' is a comprehensive look at how humanity has been indoctrinated for millennia to enslave, dominate and consume innocent creatures. From birth we are fed animals and their products, and generations of humans don't see or even question how sick and brutal our collective, unheathy, tragic food habits are.
In 'The World Peace Diet ' Dr. Will Tuttle examines every aspect of our unconscious, horrific ways and means of animal enslavement, production, bringing clarity to the underlying factors of how our species is being blatantly manipulated by a vast industrial complex, which is focused only on gaining ever more profits, control and domination, even if it leads to the collapse and extinction of critical biodiverse systems, and even as we watch our fragile planets climate change at an alarming and unsustainable rate.
When humanity awakens to the web of greed, power and control, all in the name of the almighty dollar, gained from the brutal enslavement of animals, our eyes are opened to the connections between medical, pharmaceutical, fossil fuel, petroleum industries, and the pesticides that the animals and we are consuming, all of which, combined are doing tremendous harm in destroying our health and in ultimately, increasing the domination of powerf hungry men currently controlling our planet.
When we awaken to clearly see what we are doing, then we can make the very conscious choice to say, " Enough is enough!" We can stop supporting those industries that are literally, enslaving not only the animals we consume, but our human species; every man, woman and child who is living in regions where we have access to cheap, low quality food and what we refer to as medical care.
If we truly care about our health, the health of our families, the progress and evolution of our species, then we must stop supporting those industries that are so harmful to us and the billions of animals that are suffering in the most hideous, inhumane ways, on a daily basis.
There is no need to consume animals and their products. There are so many plant based alternatives to animal products today. When we choose to eat a healthy, plant based diet, not only do we improve our health, but we join a growing global movement focused on evolution, sustainability and positive transformation, which will benefit all life on our beloved planet.
Human's are a very clever species. When we focus on healing, life giving ways to experience contentment, inner peace and higher levels of consciousness, when we awaken to a greater compassion and empathy for all sentient beings, there are no limits to the healing and restoratio of all that is needed for all life on Earth.
We must awaken. We no longer can allow powerful men, who currently are in control of those industries that are destroying our planet, to go unchecked. Once we read 'The World Peace Diet' the spell of darkness, death, control, manipulation and the destruction of our fragile planet is over. Light, compassion, peace, contentment, unity and freedom are there for all. Every plant based meal we have is no longer infused with suffering of innocent, conscious creatures, but are filled with hope, health, consciousness and a better future for all.
Please read or listen to 'The World Peace Diet.' Be inspired to self educate and explore a whole world of plant based meals. There are countless sites online to support a vegan diet, you tube stations with meal planning ideas, recipes and innovative plant based products that are heathy, delicious and nutritious. Encourage others to join us as we awaken from unconscious enslavement to compassionate awareness, freedom, peace and a world filled with countless unrealized possibilities.

A Short History of Nearly Everything
Revisado: 09-14-18
This book is perfect for those who love to learn about a variety of interesting ideas, facts, knowledge and theories that our species has accumulated, especially, those of us who may have missed getting a good education in our youth.
'A Short History of Nearly Everything' is an incredibly important reminder of how far our species has to go in understanding our universe and our incredible world. A Short History is essential to those who care about our planet, as it helps to reveal how collectively, our inquisitive, creative, brutal species is just scratching the surface of awareness and it points out that we have a long way to go before humanity is the conscious, aware, intelligent and compassionate beings our world needs so desperately if, we and so many other species under immediate threat, are to survive.
A Short History also reveals the blatant ignorance and destructive nature of mankind, and the greedy, powerful industrial destruction and waste of our planets limited, precious resources, as well as the short term thinking that puts so much of life at risk on this, our awesome Earth.
If humans are to survive and be the stewards of the fragile life that remains on our beloved Mother Earth, we must understand where we have been, where we are now, and use our collective gifts of awareness and intelligence to create a sustainable future that reflects the awesome reality, that all life is one and our human species is a part of everything that exists.
I hope Richard Mathews, the reader of this book, received an award for this exquisite reading. It is remarkable how he consistently reads some extremely complex text, in such a smoothe and flowing way.

Fully Present, The Most Important Book For Our Time
Revisado: 02-07-18
Fully Present is one of the most important books for everyone to experience. This book should be required reading, or listening, for parents, teachers, CEOs, in medical schools, actually in every imaginable situation. There is so much useful information in this book, I know I will be listening to this repeatedly. I will be raising awareness of the importance of this book on my social media networks, as well.
It is essential that humanity awaken and become fully present, if we are to see progress and if our species is to survive. This book offers the tools that are critical for that to happen.
