Story line is really good. But Elaina is spoiled. “million years”, “so much”

Really like the story line. Love some of the characters. Elena could be really annoying and ridiculous. Blaming others when it is the consequences of her actions almost made me stop reading this series. The use of “so much”, “million years” was overused. Wish that the author or the editor corrected the overuse of the descriptive phrases.

I feel like I’ve done this before. Except…not exactly like this. There’s zero logic behind this feeling I have, this feeling that I’ve woken up in this hospital before. The doctors insist I’ve been in a coma since Halloween and only just woke up. Yet I remember waking up and seeing my best friend sitting by my bed but she’s not here now.

Voice of Frankie was nasally and annoying

Story is good. Appreciated the skip because it was too graphic option given from the author. Love Savannah, she is my favorite character. She makes me laugh. Throughout the whole series it has been hard to follow who is who because the reader throws her voice around too much with accents that don’t stay with the characters. So it is hard to know who you are following if you don’t get the name at the beginning of the chapter. Also Frankie’s voice is nasally, annoying, and sometimes has a southern accent/sometimes not. Might read it instead.

The narrators are not that great. The man sounds as if he is eating or swallowing a lot. The female narrator does not do accents well. It is hard to follow when the male narrator doesn’t try similar accents it is confusing to follow the characters. Besides that the story is good enough. Hard to follow the timeline. I feel if I read the book it would be better.
