Very practical ideas on practicing mindfulness. Simple steps. Author’s voice is very calm and easy to listen to. I listened in two sessions fully and practiced the exercises as the author narrated. I can see a shift in my awareness. Time will tell and also it depends on how consistently I practice. Gives very good intro to mindfulness. I think this may be the only free book on mindfulness included inthe audio library plan. Strongly recommend. Thanks to the author Tessa.
