Historia
Legendary magician Penn Jillette was approaching his 60th birthday. Topping 330 pounds and saddled with a systolic blood pressure reading over 200, he knew he was at a dangerous crossroads: If he wanted to see his small children grow up, he needed to change. And then came Crazy Ray. A former NASA scientist and an unconventional, passionate innovator, Ray Cronise saved Jillette's life with his wild "potato diet". Outspoken, frank, and bitingly clever, Presto is an incisive, rollicking listen.

Attitude is everything!!
Revisado: 06-16-17
I am an East Coast guy living in Ohio. After reading several books by Dr. Oz , this book adds and in-your-face perspective on how important attitude is towards dieting. The initial disclosure was entertaining , and everything takes off from there. Never a dull moment.

Essentialism is more than a time-management strategy or a productivity technique. It is a systematic discipline for discerning what is absolutely essential, then eliminating everything that is not, so we can make the highest possible contribution toward the things that really matter.

after one hour of listening , had to stop and send it back. I exchanged it for a book 10% happier. Which seems much more relevant to American Life

Inspiring! Suggest reading autobiography first.
Revisado: 12-30-11
He may be the single most imporant person of modern history. He was truely a leader by example.
Marxism>Lennonism>Communism there should be Franklinism - the Art of Diplomacy - rational thinking for the common good of Man
He tried to immulate Socates and Jesus - yet apparently he was not religiously religious
It is my ambition to try to immulate the virtures of Ben and the free spirit of John Lennon

A good book may have the power to change the way we see the world, but a great book actually becomes part of our daily consciousness, pervading our thinking to the point that we take it for granted, and we forget how provocative and challenging its ideas once were - and still are. The Structure of Scientific Revolutions is that kind of book.

Inspiring!
Revisado: 09-17-11
These were real manly men. Articulate. Diplomatic. Driven. Adventurous. Underappreciated. Tireless. Intuitive (Half Nuts) – with the fork in the river. With a heartfelt sad ending. There is nothing like the real McCoy. Spielberg needs to make this movie!
