Sterling before he was famous! Nice story. Good to go to sleep to. Narrator's voice pleasant and soothing. If you fall asleep, listen until you hear the story in it's entirety. It's worth multiple listens.

Compelling - Recommended Read

A very interesting story with a somewhat, but not completely surprising end. Without saying too much, one outcome was expected - the other, not at all. What i found most intriguing, and aggravating, was the Queen's lack of self reflection in the end regarding her contribution to the final outcomes, but perhaps that was the point. I enjoyed the settings and the stature of the characters.

Heartwarming & Educational - Recommended Reading

Stumbled upon this book and I'm glad I did! I had no idea that a book about octopuses (not octopi, I learned - something about mixing Greek and Latin! 🤷🏻‍♀️) would be so heartwarming and, as an added bonus - educational. After about the first chapter, I was completely drawn in. The sign of a good story is if i want to hear more (the Audible equivalent of "read" more) when I'm not trying to fall asleep. For this book, I did. The author's description of her relationships with these aquatic animals was very sweet. After listening to this book, i also learned a great deal about these creatures.
The narration was also very good, The narrator had a very pleasant cadence to her voice that made listening easy.

Insightful and Fun - Highly Recommended

Happened upon this title and I'm glad I found it! The author's story is so relatable. Too many women want to learn the "secrets" to becoming a super self confident in total control individual sans all the messy drama that makes life - life! But, in the end, is that a real aspiration? I think the author finds out that it's not.
I really liked this book. It was fun, and the use of the "P" word was appropriate! The narration was also very good! I don't believe anyone, aside from the author, could have related the story better! Brava!

This was very enlightening. I happened upon this title and I'm glad I listened all the way through. I learned many things and terminology I did not know.
I enjoyed the narration and hearing the experiences of the speakers. Thank you.
