Historia
The Enneagram is one of the most robust and informative tools for investigating some of the deeper layers of the self, yet the full power of it is not always taught. Leading scholar Russ Hudson teaches, “Too often, the Enneagram is viewed as a set of simple personality types that lock us into fixed ideas about ourselves. In reality, it’s a dynamic tool for transformation.” With The Enneagram: Nine Gateways to Presence, Hudson shares an in-depth audio training on how to use this powerful system the way it was originally intended.

Wise, kind and embodied
Revisado: 09-20-23
Russ Hudson's approach to teaching the wisdom of the enneagram points to larger movements of spirit and purpose rather than making the enneagram a party-game or system to categorize. This program was clear, beautifully done and powerful.

Historia
Written in grease pencil on a tourist postcard, the lyrics are winsome and innocent. But for famous folk singer Peggy Muryan, who has moved recently to the rural community of Hamelin, Tennessee, they are a chilling reminder of a troubled moment in her past.

Awful, awful narrator
Revisado: 09-03-23
I love Sharyn McCrumb's work. But am finding the narrator's southern accent (fake!!!) terribly difficult to hear. She is using a Deep South accent not one from East Tennessee. As a native of southwestern Virginia and a citizen in TN for 40 years, I know the difference.

Historia
By age thirty, Stephanie Foo was successful on paper: She had her dream job as an award-winning radio producer at This American Life and a loving boyfriend. But behind her office door, she was having panic attacks and sobbing at her desk every morning. After years of questioning what was wrong with herself, she was diagnosed with complex PTSD—a condition that occurs when trauma happens continuously, over the course of years.

Wisdom born of pain and courage
Revisado: 02-25-23
The story of the author's abuse was horrific; her strength, courage and determination to understand and heal is empowering!
Thank you for your work. I better understand myself and my CPTSD spouse.
