This book is an instruction manual on how you can change your thoughts and behaviors in order to have the life you want. So often you hear people say "Just think positive and good things will happen." I have always found this to be very vague and occasionally would try thinking positive for a while but I never really noticed any changes in my life. Jonathan Manske teaches the reader how to identify negative habits, thoughts, and behaviors. He then teaches you the tools and techniques you will need to overcome them and move forward towards the life you want; whether that means a successful career, fulfilling relationship, happiness...I recommended this book to my 18 year old daughter and now she is listening to it!
I would highly recommend this book to anyone ready to make some positive changes in any area of their life.
