It also aims to align the reader's expectations with reality so his life is not ruined by delusion or hope, both of which have ruined millions of lives in the past. But in short, this essay is nothing less than the most important cost-benefit analysis any man will read.

The book explores the way in which it calculates something that may or may not be significant. I appreciated some of the statistics used. However, I often found myself wondering why the author chose a particular statistic or conclusion, as it did not make sense to me. There were too many instances of "bad data" used throughout the book. Certainly, worse reviews have been given for less.

This book (2 books actually) answered a lot of questions regarding my eating habits. It's like meditation, emotional intelligence, and dieting combined. This book taught me that my body already know a lot regarding what's right and wrong way of eating, so we just need a reminder how to do it properly to achieve all our dieting related goals.

As a first time listener of this type of books I really appreciated this information. My wife is four months pregnant so it's time to learn more about his topic.
What I most liked about this book is the dos and don'ts of raising children with especial emphasis on raising them in a gentle way (as the book title suggests)!
