More of the same
Revisado: 01-08-18
What made the experience of listening to Friendship with God the most enjoyable?
Nothing. This was not new material. In the trilogy, God said that there would be three books. Neale should have stuck with that. This book simply re-iterates the passages from the Trilogy.
What do you think your next listen will be?
Not sure
Have you listened to any of the narrators’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I really enjoyed the first three books. Like I said, this book is more of the same and not worth an extra credit.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No

Historia
In this “deftly and originally executed” (Booklist) New York Times best-selling novel, Vaelin Al Sorna must help his Queen reclaim her Realm. Only his enemy has a dangerous new collaborator, one with powers darker than Vaelin has ever encountered...“The Ally is there, but only ever as a shadow, unexplained catastrophe or murder committed at the behest of a dark vengeful spirit. Sorting truth from myth is often a fruitless task". After fighting back from the brink of death, Queen Lyrna is determined to repel the invading Volarian army.

Good Story but Narrator has no Range
Revisado: 12-04-15
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Good listen, mostly due to the story line.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Valen, of course.
Did Steven Brand do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
NO. OMG - it was hard to distinguish all the many characters. Steven Brand has no range. All characters sounded the same.

Inspiring!

Would you listen to Conversations with God: An Uncommon Dialogue, Book 2 again? Why?
I have and I will. I've read the book three times as well as listened to it countless times. These are word to live by. Like it says in the book "...even if this is just the ramblings of Neale Donald Walsch, can you think of a better way to live your life?". I can't!
What other book might you compare Conversations with God: An Uncommon Dialogue, Book 2 to and why?
CWG Book 1 and Book 3. Nothing else compares.
What does Ellen Burstyn and Ed Asner bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Humor and personality.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Every moment was golden.

Suppose you could ask God the most puzzling questions about existence, and God would provide clear, understandable answers? It happened to Neale Donald Walsch. Conversations with God is Neale Donald Walsch's account of his direct conversations with God, beginning in 1992 while Walsch was immersed in a period of deep depression. Life Changing!
Revisado: 02-13-14
What did you love best about Conversations with God: An Uncommon Dialogue, Book 1?
I really enjoyed the clarity in which the book was written and the way it was read by the author, Ed and Ellen. I've read other books on the subject but could not understand a lot of the material. This was well delivered and received. A must read!
What other book might you compare Conversations with God: An Uncommon Dialogue, Book 1 to and why?
None. It's in a category by itself.
What does the narrators bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Humor and personalities. This was one book that I enjoyed narrated more than just reading it myself (I've done both many times).
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Everything was an AHA moment! I just got it, finally.
