An interesting insight of the life of a person who greatly affected the video game industry

The book is part autobiography and part teaching people how to succeed and inspire others to succeed, not just career wise but also how to live a more rich life in general.
It was very interesting following Reggie’s life from childhood to retirement and see how he shaped the companies and in some part the industries he was a part of as well teaching people his life lessons.

A nice slice of Sid Meier’s life as a game developer and beyond

I really enjoyed getting a look into Sid Meier’s life as a game developer, but also what else happened in his life and it inspired him. Though it might be to early for him to do a memoir. Who knows maybe there will addendum in the future.

Never thought of history in the big picture way this book/course explains it. How our environment has affected the way different civilizations have risen and eventual fall. Have we really managed to free ourself from this cycle or have we just managed to push it forward?

A very entertaining twist on your childhood fairytales

Classical fairytale character and tales told in a less “glamorous” but a more entertaining way than we are used to. Lots of dark humor that and have a way to describe very gruesome scenes in way that lets your imagination fill in the gaps.
The voice actors do a great job of giving the main characters life.
I hole heartily recommend this book for anyone looking for fantasy with more humor rather than high fantasy!
