A treasure. What if everyone followed these basic ideas? The good news is that everyone can and they'd benefit incredibly if they did. Great book! Do yourself a favor and read this now, your future self will thank you.

Perfect follow up to Extreme Ownership. Fills in the potential gaps in the details of implementing their strategy. Well done, I highly redeemed this!

Cindy clearly walks the walk. She has built a highly respected and successful business using these tools. Learn and implement them yourself and there is no reason you shouldn't expect the same results. Get this book!

This was recommended to me and I thought it would be interesting. It was that and so much more.

Like most everyone I thought "I know Arnold's story". But when all the details are put into detail it really does seem a bit unbelievable just as the title indicates.

Regardless of your interest in body building, business, acting or politics the life story told in this book is fascinating and inspiring for all.

Would you listen to The Go-Giver, Expanded Edition again? Why?

Yes, I have already listened to it twice and have also sent it as a recommendation to others.

What about Bob Burg and John David Mann ’s performance did you like?

It was nice to have a change of pace by having both performing different parts of the book.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

Give to get more in return. An age old adage but put into a modern context.

Any additional comments?

I really enjoyed this book and was surprised at my ignorance of it's existence until now. It has inspired me to reach out to find others that this book resonates with. I would love to find a local mastermind built around this simple philosophy and work to support others implementing it. We can all use this simple book to help focus on this important concept. It is too easy to get caught up in being the "go-getter" and miss the all important big picture of giving.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Going into this I realized Joel was a preacher and televangelist so I wasn't going to be surprised when God was part of his point. The book started pretty good as he talked about the actual title of this book, The Power of I Am. I like this point of view (taking control and responsibility) and was expecting the book to stay focused on this throughout.

I was wrong though as the book quickly moved from this point and seemed to turn into a never ending sermon. If I heard him say "the most high God" one more time I think I would have lost my sanity. I am not a hard core believer or anti-believer in religion. I have my own views, don't push them on others and am open and interested in hearing others points of views. But in this case I felt it was a bait and switch that started with an applaudable idea and moved to the ideas of religion.

Any additional comments?

For someone that is a strong follower of Christianity this is probably a 5 star book. Joel has MANY biblical teachings that support his point of view and would be welcome to those that desire that. Again, this is MY review, it was a 1 start book for MY needs.

Very good book over all. Although it would have been nice to have more how to information on how to implement more grit in your life. Although I understand that may not have been the intent of the book.

This is more of a movement than simply a book. Take responsibility and apply massive action to get whatever you set your sights on. Not an absolute new idea but very well delivered by Grant Cardone. I will move on to read his other books now.
