This seems to be exactly what the doctor ordered.

I had not known much about Edgar Casey before this book. I had heard a lot about the akashic records, but I did not know how accessible they were. Now, through guided meditations such as the reveries in this book, I'm finding that I get tons of insights from them. I recommend this book to anyone who wishes to really know what's going on with them metaphysically.

A Children's Time Travel Log for Adults?

I'm not the biggest fan of children's books. I've tended to prefer the higher-level reading. Often simplicity is a turnoff. Mary Pope Osborne makes me reconsider children's literature, as she wraps me around Jack and Annie's thumb as they travel across the spacetime continuum. I want a magic treehouse! Maybe instead of pointing to a picture, let me move the play head of my Audible app to the position of the scene of where I want to go. I say the word, and off I go! I'm going to surely pick up this series soon!

it's the same message in the East and the West.

this book was very interesting to me, as I have always wondered about combining Eastern and Western ideas of sacred music. Hearing that Christian mantra at the end put me over the top.
