Struggled to finish so I skipped through the book to get the information I needed.
I do not recommend this book.
She sounds so unprofessional and almost talks to you as a child to "breakdown" the types of fascia. 80% of the book talks about how unhealthy fascia is constricting XYZ which leads to XYZ. Chapter 8 says BTW this isn't a cure for anything we never said that it could just improve your condition. then 15% of the book she just talks about her self and the 5% is actual material.
I can tell you here what information you need to take away.
1. make sure u do cardio before blasting
2. make sure to use external heat source like sauna or bath
3. do fast strokes
4. don't stoke your lymph nodes
5. don't go too hard on veins
6. bruising is normal
7. use some sort of oil
it's so annoying to hear her use a metaphor for a very single SIMPLE concept. I feel like she just repeated her self to have enough words to make a book. do your self a favor. Google fascia tool and massage and do your own research. which is basically what this lady did. google into a book on fascia. she's no scientist

Story about a girl with an infatuation of cleaning

The Author talked more about her very unique childhood as she was a young girl with an addiction to cleaning and organizing. She gave advice and tips to the readers on how to stay organized, but she kept using her childhood experiences as a reference. And before you knew it you were just listening to a confession to a weird obsession with "tidying"
