Really helps mask the ringing and therefore I am able to fall asleep. There are only a few songs on here that ‘work’ for me but it’s worth it.

If ischronic's and white noise work for you then it will really knock you out quick, so be careful that you are lying down and ready for bed.DO not use headphones. Just play through any stereo speakers, and have a great night's sleep. If this does not work for you, we are really sorry, but these techniques do not work for everyone. We hope you find something that does.

The voice that says ‘quiet please’ scares the crap out of me every time. I can’t be the only one who feels this way! I wish it was quieter and more calm sounding instead of so loud and high pitched. Please fix :)
