Historia
Joel and Jethro. Roommates. Total hunks. Inseparable friends. Hot as hell. Meet my fantasy boyfriends. Aren't they just the sexiest, cutest thing? I know, right? They totally are. They are hot, too hot for a quiet - and obsessed with them - girl working in a bookshop. That'd be me, by the way. There's also the tiny problem of Joel wanting another girl. And as for Jethro, well...he doesn't do girls. Or maybe he doesn't do relationships.

The h needs to get out of her head.
Revisado: 01-05-22
The h is too much in her fantasy head. She is acting like a high school teenager with her blog about these guys she has never really met. In the first chapter, one of the H comes in for a book recommendation. She can't stop being a hormonal teen (whose in her twenties) fantasizing about bananas to actually do her job.
The big stop for me was when she took a picture of his backside. And then posts it on her blog!
So if this was reversed and a guy took a picture (with out her permission) then posted it (with her knowledge and permission) to his fantasizing relationship with her and her roommate...it wouldn't be so cute. DNF. seriously can't find why this is so highly reviewed. I love my erotic, smutty romance books but seriously don't need a childish girl who has never grown up for a h.

This is over 15 hrs long, and nothing happens
Revisado: 10-04-21
I have listened to 10 hours of this 15 and a half hours long audio. And nothing is happening!
A few minor action scenes but it is just the same runaround every day in this angel life.
Too much work up to this great mystery that is over drawn out and just exasperating for the listener. I should have realized with a character named 'Bobby Dollar' that this would be too many of my dollars spent.

Not enough chemistry and too much assumptions
Revisado: 10-04-21
The Room Mate review: Here is another story of each side not talking to the other, and assuming the other doesn't care (but the H did say her loved her while drunk.) But all throughout the book, each side keeps their mouth closed because the other doesn't 'look' heartbroken. Seriously? Someone should be a drunk mess everyday and ignoring their job, and life commitments so as to look a certain way for you? Since someone laughs at a joke a receptionist says, that person must be over the other and be heartbroken? Uh, right!! Que, eyeroll.
The Hero older sister is annoying. She was all mad because her best friend slept with her brother and she wants him to concentrate on his Residency to become a doctor. The only thing the sister should do is support her brother decisions...she doesn't have any say in his ADULT life and actions. These meddling siblings, or relatives that act like they are deciding or have a say in in there relatives choices is over done. And Paige waiting for permission from her friend/his sister to pursue a relationship wasn't needed.
I haven't finished the first book but I am getting too annoyed that I am unsure if I will. Before you click, be sure to check the lower star rating. There is a reason they are there. If I continue on with this series, I will add to my review.

Historia
It was only supposed to be a marriage of convenience. Let me just say, this whole part-time lover thing was her idea. I’d have gone all in from the start, but hey, when a gorgeous, brilliant woman invites you into her bed, and only her bed...well, I said yes. But then, one hysterical phone call from my brother later, begging me to find myself a wife so grandfather’s business stays in the family, and I need a promotion with Elise. Turns out a full-time husband suits her needs too, and a temporary marriage of convenience ought to do the trick, until we can simply untie the knot....

As they get paired up time after time as the best man and maid of honor in the upcoming nuptials of all of their best friends, Emily and Jase find their mutual resentment simmering just beneath the surface.

I wanted to enjoy but too many friends, and dragge
Revisado: 08-25-21
The push and pull was just too much. It dragged out for way too long. I am at chapter 9. And I still don't know why they hate each other. I suspect it is a misunderstanding .
Between a dozen of side characters and friends, I feel they story is dragging of a bunch of side events over and over. Oh are Emily and Jace supposed to start a relationship?

The hit and miss meetings, was just a miss
Revisado: 08-13-21
This tries to be cute with them trying to meet for a snow angel exchange. But the characters just fell flat. The ending was Hallmark gush but it sounds like mush. Not worth the time. I am glad it was free as part of my Audible plus package.

a suprising coming of age story
Revisado: 08-19-20
I had enjoyed Cinder & Ella by Kelly Oram so I decided to try another of her books. This one was a great coming of age story. it was predictable in some areas but the story was still refreshing and relaxing to listen to. I also enjoyed a couple references to Jordan knowing Brian and Ella, and The Druid Prince movie was mentioned.
I don't listen or read YA often as I am over 40 and like much more steam and heat in my novels. But this author does make the books fulfilling enough to overlook the YA genre of the book. This can be enjoyed by all age ranges.

Historia
Concerned that technology is about to chase mythological creatures out into the open (how long can Sasquatch stay hidden from Google maps?), the League for Interspecies Cooperation is sending Jillian to Louisiana on a fact-finding mission. While the League hopes to hold on to secrecy for a little bit longer, they're preparing for the worst in terms of human reactions. They need a plan, so they look to Mystic Bayou, a tiny town hidden in the swamp where humans and supernatural residents have been living in harmony for generations.

A nice start to a series and entertaining.
Revisado: 08-08-20
This is was a great start to a new series. The town was interesting. The side characters was entertaining. I look forward to the next book.
I wanted to mention that another reviewer mentioned this book had too much explicit sex and this is not true! The main couple didn't start a relationship until midway in chapter 9 which is about half way into this book. There wasn't an over abundance of intimate times either. The couple had many interesting interactions before hand too. So, having said that, I suggest giving this one a try!

An interesting story with a surprising twist
Revisado: 07-29-20
The A.I. love story blurb caught my attention so I decided to give this a try. At first, it was a bit slow but as the story progressed it started to build. All the unknown reasons why the MFC was anxious becomes know toward the end. And the MMC is way more then just an A.I.
The side characters was fun especially Penny. This has a HEA and I look forward to a follow up story from one if Trinity's friends.
