Historia
Throughout history, scientists have come up with theories and ideas that just don't seem to make sense. These we call paradoxes. The paradoxes Al-Khalili offers are drawn chiefly from physics and astronomy and represent those that have stumped some of the finest minds. With elegant explanations that bring the listener inside the mind of those who've developed them, Al-Khalili helps us to see that, in fact, paradoxes can be solved if seen from the right angle.

Great over view of the field of Economics
Revisado: 01-09-19
Taking a Econ course at the university, this audio title covers major issues in the domain of Economics. Need a cram in the facts and events that shape our countries monetary and fiscal policies, then this book might help out. This title has historic perspective, and explain the context to current theories found in the field and give much credit to our Nobel prize economist to key figures like Kuznets, Arrow, Ostrom, and many more, they really do shine the light on how they shaped the field. After passively listening to this audio title gave me a little more confidences on my exam's.
