Learning to speak Italian in a perfect and fluent way cannot be done in a few days or even in a few years. Too hard. I'm telling you, as an Italian. But it is possible in a short time to understand this beautiful language and also to be understood.

There are many sections of the book that I will do with my daughter who doesn't have a depression diagnosis, but like most teens, worries about the overwhelming pressures around her. The audiobook activities are not daunting or overly complicated. The book it self-esteem is beautiful and the visuals are appealing. Working through it will result in a meaningful and impactful journal.

The exercises were very helpful! If you follow the guidelines in this book your anxiety has no choice but to go down. Recommended to me by a psychologist friend when I had a series of panic attacks. Definitely trying some of the things from the book.

Dan Ross has a great sharing heart! He does a wonderful job portraying the greatness and challenges of rental property investing. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. As a follow up for any real estate investor. If you could only buy one book on investing in rental properties, this should be it.
