I love being back in this world! I loved wrens story. I also loved that we still get some of the great characters from Legends of Thezmarr, like Kip. I cannot wait for more of this story.

joe arden ate that performance!! how he made his character both loveable and deranged is beyond me. good lord. yes the plot is very taboo. however I just kept thinking their was no blood relation, so it's not that crazy.just listen to those trigger warnings

amazing follow up to the first book

I ran right to this book from the first book! Sometimes
second books dont live up to the first. However, that is not
the case with Darkness of Time. I feel teleported with these
characters. It was an emotional roller coaster. I was literally
crying at work. Also, that ending! i was excited to see we
do not have to wait too long for the third book! The voice actors continue to be great

The way all audio books should be performed

I want to review this book in a few different ways. I love love love the dual pov when it is performed by different actors. I am not a fan of actors who have to perform voices of the opposite sex. it always sounds goofy to me. The female voice actor is outstanding. She is such a great performer and she made me cry a few times. I think the male voice actor struggled in the beginnjng. I felt more like he was reading from a text book instead of performing. however it did get better as the book went. As for the story, I thought it was such a great story. Its a unique world and it has been alot of fun so far. I am looking forward to listening to the next one.
