Historia
On July 31, 2020, sixth pick in the 2017 NBA draft Jonathan Isaac of the Orlando Magic was the lone NBA player to stand for the national anthem amid a league-wide demonstration of kneeling in solidarity against racial injustice. In Why I Stand, Jonathan pulls back the curtain and shares his story of how, through a series of divine connections and a willingness to follow Christ, his fear and insecurity-driven life transformed into one of confidence and purpose.

Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to hear a rare true story of courage. Great for any athlete or sports fan too - was interesting to learn about how recruitment works in the NBA, and all of the dedication needed to get there.

Historia
Meet Psmith, with a silent 'P' as in psychic. A gallant, charming individual, Psmith has a gift for getting into awful scrapes, and when he takes over a gentile journal known as Cosy Moments with the aid of Billy Windsor, its sub-editor, he turns it into a radical publication...with alarming and hilarious results.

Fabulous

Laugh out loud funny although due to it being written in a very different era it is not politically correct, but still not worth missing. A great follow up to In The City by PG as well.
