This is a must read for every leader. Aligning your life with your purpose and passion is the best life there is. This book teaches you how to live life to the fullest. Not everybody is called to lead but each one can have a life with a vision. As Dr. Blanchard emphasizes, excellence is living according to your mission, values, and goals. This book teaches us how to get there. The next step is to commit to a life of excellence. This book ties up my life vision and values, and fine-tunes my goals. I’m listening to it for the 7th time in 5 days. Excellence everyday is the goal.
