Good follow up to My Mem

I loved going back to the characters Andrea Smith created! My Men picks up a bit after These Men ends. Everyone has settled into their new threesome relationship status. Life is rarely calm for very long! When someone from the past shows up, it threatens the HEA that was so hard won .

What kept this from being a 5* was Lindsey. She tends to come off as immature & a bit whiny. I'm not sure why she's hard for me to relate to. She has grown up & grown on me from the first book! I will definitely read/listen to more in this series.

Great book

When you have Joel Leslie, Andrea Smith & Eva LeNoir together, magic happens. Joel Leslie could read the stock report & I would listen to it on repeat. Andrea & Eva were able to put together another book full of male ego, laughter & tender moments. Hard Edit isn't Black Balled 2. It stands on its own merit, having twists, turns and positions. Grab tissues, because once you hit play you won't want to stop!

I'm so glad this is a duo & I could instantly start book 2! As I've come to expect, Aria Grace spins a story of young love & heartbreak that leaves you wanting to soothe as well as yell at her characters. They are all too human & fallible, easily relatable. New love is full of pitfalls, bruised hearts & hot steamy nights. When a smoking hot ex is combined with the uncertainty of a first time same sex relationship, disaster strikes.

Georgie!

I've been rooting for Georgie to find his person for what felt like forever. He's been one of my favorite characters from Paddles, always so happy and full of life. Unfortunately behind the smiles, there is a sadness that all too often isn't seen. We met Evan briefly in a previous book, but he touches something and stuck with me. Maybe it was just the way he cares & nurtures without judging.

The chemistry between Georgie & Evan is off the charts. They are drawn to each other, feeling more than just the usual attraction. Self control isn't high on Georgie's list, yet he finds himself trying, wanting to do more, be more for Evan. When Georgie has the chance to leave his job at Paddles, it may give them the push needed.

Tim Todd really brings Aria Grace's books to life! He showcases the personalities, gives added dimensions to already wee developed characters.

Steve & his Little Duck

Since I read/listened to these books out of order, I started this knowing more about Steve than we saw in book 2. That said, it was interesting for me to see Steve from the beginning, to learn about his Little Duck.

I loved the growth Steve went through, the self realizations & control he learned. Joey's story pulls at you, giving a glimpse into a life that is too often overlooked. Both men have scores of baggage to unload before they can learn to trust what is starting between them. Aria Grace continues to showcase well developed stories that have varied characters, excellent plot, enough action to keep your heart in your throat & your temperature on the verge of over hearing!

Michael Ferraiuolo does a brilliant job bringing Steve's strength & confidence (arrogance) to life. He shows Joeys fear, insecurities & devotion without portraying him as weak or inferior. In the heat of the action, each character is clearly defined, their personality shining through. I'll be looking for more from both Aria Grace and Michael Ferraiuolo!

Another great book by Aria Grace

I started binge listening to Aria Grace's More Than Friends series while on a long road trip. It's been a long time since I became instantly hooked on an author. When you add Tim Todd to an emotionally charged story, it becomes more. More intense, more heart wrenching, more heat packed in every kiss.
The story of Patten & Caleb is unexpected. Hands On is one of those books that stays with you after you close the book. Every time I had to stop or take a break, I found my mind wandering back, wanting to be with them. I enjoyed seeing the men from the earlier books make appearances, without this story depending on reading the previous books.

I could listen to Joel Leslie read ANYTHING (everything!)

Oh my hotness... I swear every time I listen to Joel Leslie, he gets more sultry. His voice flows, entices you to listen just a few more minutes. He brings Lloyd & Luke to life, bringing out their unique personalities.

This is my favorite Andrea Smith/Eva LeNoir book to date! While slightly annoying in Black Balled, Guns Blazing brings Lloyd to life. We get to see the man behind the submissive. Luke Gunner. Mmmm... how I'd like to keep him! He picks Lloyd up and is determined to never put him back. The chemistry is off the charts and then they added Joel Leslie (yes, I'm fan girling, lol).
I've listened to this twice and will probably go back again.

Sexy & sweet

I read this story when it was first published & love that it's now on audible! These Men quickly draws you in, surrounding you with characters you love. If you've read/listened to Andrea's other books, you might recognize a few of them. But I digress...

These Men will pull at your heart, twist you in knots and have you searching for a fan because it's smoking hot! The narrators did a good job with the different voices & personalities. They kept me focused on the story, letting me get lost in this steamy, crazy world.

Bring tissues!!!

When I started my binge listening Aria Grace, I only read the description of 1 book. After that, I one clicked several more (audio & kindle versions). I started Luka without reading the blurb.

Tim Todd has a voice that haunts you! He brings to life the heartbreak, the longing. You can almost feel every bruise, each tear that falls. Long after the story ends, his voice remains. Soothing you, guiding you, leaving its mark in your heart.

Oh my goodness, the words Tim Todd reads. Luka broke my heart. I wanted to wrap him up, love him, protect him. He suffers, he yearns, he stays resilient & strong. Every person needs Brad in their life. Hard working, honest, determined to do the right thing. When an injury changes Brads schedule, his life will never be the same. A chance encounter will push both men to examine themselves, what's right and fight for what could be.

I loved this book! It's filled with love, hate, longing & the determination to protect while doing the right thing. What you want isn't always what is best, and that struggle is clearly portrayed & felt.

Sweet intriguing story!

I loved this book! From the very beginning I became invested, listening as each disaster hit. I found both characters enjoyable and maddeningly human at times. I adore "Nickers" as much as I disliked her actions. Every family has a Grams, who had me laughing consistently. The romance & chemistry developed naturally & packed the right amount of heat!

The narrator helped the story flow, did great voice changes & inflections. I would listen to more from both of these ladies & hope to hear book 2!
