wasn't very helpful. God and people that actually care about you, not fake ppl are the only things that help me. while struggling with PTSD my wife/best friend decided that her new girlfriend (of 3 months) was more important than her husband of 20 years/father of her child. her excuse for always being gone was because she was sick. I guess I just wasn't important enough to her? also pretty sure she cheated on me years ago with a coworker. but God is seeing me through this. he hasn't and never will give up on me. learned lesson #1=always keep your eyes open. the devil is always after us and will work through anyone. #2=fool me once. never again will I let anyone in like I did her. she was the only one that I ever loved, I let my gaurd down she burned me.
