THANK YOU
Revisado: 12-14-18
Mel Robbins is my hero. I don’t have words to explain just how she has helped me make sense of my fuckery...and most of all transform it...”me”. Thank you so much, this came at the perfect time. I was so drained from years of self help books and meditation practices and thousands of dollars on a therapist that yes, had good info and some what helped...but for whatever reason never clicked and most of all never stuck with me....everything left me feeling like hopeless and that it was all too much and overwhelming and too late to really change my mental and emotional patterns. Mostly I just wanted to die and hoped i would sooner than later. Meds didn’t help my depression...and I knew they were only going to mask my shit for so long until my shit would hit me in the face all over again and feel defeated. It’s too much to explain here, but anyway, thank you for making me feel I have a real fighting chance at experiencing joy, and fighting my fears so I can feel what my full potential actually feels like...I’m not fully there yet, but some seeds are sprouting and I think my soul is starting to see the light again. ❤️

Pointless
Revisado: 11-02-17
There are no real concrete techniques whatsoever in this book. You basically just say there are several ways to improve ones memory retention and easier ways to learn new things yet you don’t dive into them. All you kept saying is the brain is under used. Nothing to learn from this book. Hate I wasted 3 credits to purchase this, but glad I didn’t pay any more money for it.
