Thus book continues right from where book 1 ended. Perfect HEA for the guys! Hot scenes, super fun nesting (a nest with handmade d*cks 😂) and all the poly love! I especially loved the relationship between daddy Chris and his first love Jack.

Joel is perfect narrator for this epic fantasy! I read the Silk&Steel books 1-3 but in my head the dragons sounded like Joel.
The story gives HEA for the tortured black prince Akiem. In the beginning of the series he was a coldblooded killer but in the end sacrificed everything for his brother. After all the torture he went through, he deserved his own book and happy ending.

Now, if only someone could get Joel to narrate Primal Sin series...!

Stalker vampire romance!

Handsome Death is hot, low angst, insta-love, gay vampire romance. I wanted to like this book more than I did. I usually like more darker angsty books. I did like the worldbuilding and that the story is from the vampire's point of view, but the story is a bit too long.

The narrator is very new, and the character voices were a bit off but I really like his voice.

If you love broody, handsome vampires and hot, low angst books, you are going to love this one!

Better than the first!

I liked this twisted, dark story. There's a vampire, who does not understand dogs, a werewolf who does and a human puppy, who is not a dog. Or at least he doesn't want to be. Or maybe he does.
Unique story and it gets better in this second book. The narrator is somehow better in Alpha than in Puppy and I liked the narration.

What a story!

I really loved the story! It took me awhile to get into it, but then I was captivated. I felt like I was in the story myself in the crumbling old mansion and in the streets of Cornwall in the year 1785. The story was angsty and I had to remind myself many times that there is going to be happy ending. Every time I thought that now everything is going to be alright, the story slapped me in the face with a plot twist.
The narrator has a nice voice, but I didn't like the narration. The rhythm, timing and emphasizing is weird. It did get better after a while and I got used to the narrator, but it could have been so much better with some re-recording and editing.

This was better than I expected! Mrepg with a reasonable amount of angst. The mpreg aspect was explained, wich I liked. The narration was good, the soft voice was fitting to the story.

I've read this book before listening. I liked the story of a older sub/boy and younger daddy/dom. But something is missing in audio version. Cornell does not sound like the older man. If a guy is a sub, it does not mean he sounds like a twink. That really annoys me. But yeah, it is an ok audiobook, but I liked the ebook version more.

I could not finish this. All the characters are disgusting, hateful and misogynistic and I really don't want to waste my time listening them. I feel sad because Joel had to narrate this book. Terrible waste of his talent.
