Biggest waste of time in many years

I bought this book because it was one of Reese Witherspoons picks. However, the author must have paid big bucks to Reese for her to pick this book. It was boring to the very end and I increased the speed of the narration just so I could get through it faster. Don’t waste your time or money. These are listening hours that I can never get back. Hugh disappointment. The book doesn’t even deserve one star.

I loved Bear Town and A Man Called Ove so I decided to try this book. Huge disappointment. I listened to the entire book hoping it would get better but it never did. I will really be careful next time I decide to purchase a book by Fredrik Backman.

Juvenile and predictable. Horrible narration.

First, I have listened to hundreds of audiobooks and this is the worst narration I have ever heard. Narrator sounded drunk as she slurred through words and never considered punctuation. Maybe the book would have been better if the listener could have understood the narration. So grateful to be done with it. Another freebie from Bookbub and I see why. Don't waste your money on this one.
