Historia
Listen to the end for an audiobook exclusive: Brett Anderson in conversation with Matt Thorne, author of Prince. Brett Anderson came from a world impossibly distant from rock star success, and in Coal Black Mornings he traces the journey that took him from a childhood as 'a snotty, sniffy, slightly maudlin sort of boy raised on Salad Cream and milky tea and cheap meat' to becoming founder and lead singer of Suede. Anderson grew up in Hayward's Heath on the grubby fringes of the Home Counties.

For Suede fans, it’s an absolute must read/hear. My only wish is that it could have been so much longer. Hopefully we’ll get memoirs from the rest of the band someday.

An absolute must for any Prince fan. Stories about his work in the studio are just as good as its predecessor but the personal stories for everyone involved make this book a must for any fan.
I can’t wait to see what Duane Tudahl does next!!!

Historia
In 2003, software engineer David Miller left his job, family, and friends to hike 2,172 miles of the Appalachian Trail. AWOL on the Appalachian Trail is Miller’s account of this thru-hike from Georgia to Maine. Listeners are treated to rich descriptions of the Appalachian Mountains, the isolation and reverie, the inspiration that fueled his quest, and the rewards of taking a less conventional path through life. While this book abounds with introspection and perseverance, it also provides useful passages about hiking gear and planning.

The best AT book that I have read/heard
Revisado: 08-07-16
With David's words and Christopher's narration, this book took me on the 2178 miles. I felt every mosquito bite, every knee pain and every slip. An ordinary man doing an extraordinary task.
I cannot recommend this book highly enough. It will definitely warrant a second listen through.
