Historia
In the wake of Napoleon's defeat in 1814, the globalists of the day (mostly monarchs) sought to create a governing arrangement for Europe. Within forty years, three of the major participants were at war with each other. After World War I, they tried again at Versailles, this time even more aggressively changing boundaries of nations and moving populations. That attempt only lasted twenty years before another major war between the participants. Yet again, after World War II, globalists used the threat of the atomic bomb to try to form an international government with the United Nations.

Another great book by Larry Schweikart. Well organized by topics and not too much information that you get lost in the details. Must read by anyone who wants a good overview of what has been going on.

Historia
In Toxic Empathy, Allie Beth Stuckey argues that empathy has become a tool of manipulation by left-wing activists who bully people into believing that they must adopt progressive positions to be loving. She explores the five most heated issues through which toxic empathy is deployed: abortion, gender, sexuality, immigration, and social justice. Progressives use catchy mantras to present their perspective as empathetic, like “abortion is healthcare,” “love is love,” or “no human being is illegal,” but in each case, they ignore the other side of the moral equation.

So powerful!

I love that she read it! I love that she made it easy to understand why this matters. It is a great place to start if you want to understand why you know things are wrong, but it feels overwhelming to stand up for what is right.
So thankful we have voices like Alllie’s to give us a path forward when so many pastors are silent,
Read and share with your fiends. We may have been silent but once we find our voice, Hope will be restored. God is our source of truth and our neighbors are desperately crying out for sone one to tell them.

Historia
The West and Islam - the sword and scimitar - have clashed since the 17th century, when, according to Muslim tradition, the Roman emperor rejected Prophet Muhammad's order to abandon Christianity and convert to Islam, unleashing a centuries-long jihad on Christendom. Sword and Scimitar chronicles the decisive battles that arose from this ages-old Islamic jihad, beginning with the first major Islamic attack on Christian land in 636.

This is a must read for anyone who’s alive today because we don’t know much about why the Christian crusades happen. It was due to the overwhelming Muslim invasion going on in the world at that time. This book does a great job to begin to help people understand what took place during those battles and why it matters to us today.

Encouraging
Revisado: 08-15-24
If you have been paying attention at all, nothing here is new or shocking. But we have to know what’s going on to be able to recognize that “the time has come to pick up the sword and Shelly use it against the cunning and craftiness of people who would see us blown here and there by every wind of teaching, and to pursue what our Lord calls us to Ephesians 4:15-16.” I think the conclusion was my favorite part because of the real testimony of how God changed and met Megan where she was at.

America's Constitutional Republic is like no other. Most Americans recognize the names George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison, but few can tell you their stories—much less that of James Monroe, John Quincy Adams, or Andrew Jackson. These seven men from the Founding Ear were America's first presidents. They established our republic on the foundation of the Constitution and its liberties.

Historia
In virtually every way that can be measured, Gen Z’s mental health is worse than that of previous generations. Youth suicide rates are climbing, antidepressant prescriptions for children are common, and the proliferation of mental health diagnoses has not helped the staggering number of kids who are lonely, lost, sad and fearful of growing up. What’s gone wrong with America’s youth? In Bad Therapy, bestselling investigative journalist Abigail Shrier argues that the problem isn’t the kids—it’s the mental health experts.

Powerful exposure of what we have done to our kids!
Revisado: 04-01-24
I knew this is going to be a big, revealing book of how we have ruined so much of the family relationships due to trusting the experts. I had no idea how much it was connected even to the schools, education, and pretty much every facet of society. We have lost the ability to raise kids who can critically think and grow into adulthood because of fear in general.
