This book has some very valuable insights on emotional intelligence.I have been looking for ways to enhance my social skills and keep my actions in check so I can have better relationships and not make mistakes that sometimes I make under emotional stress...
I think this book has already helped me massively and I would recommend it to everyone who finds it difficult to sometimes be in control of their emotions.
