the female character sucks

I only got through 5 chapters. in the first chapter she asks the teacher in front of the whole class about the highest grade on a test to confirm it is hers. Then she fills her mom into marrying someone to have access to his money. Then she sexually harasses her male friends while telling us 30 times she isn't attracted to him and that she thinks he is intimidated by her awesomeness. Then she judges her future love interest without ever meeting him because she is SUCH a catch

with the exception of the main female, all others have obnoxious high pitch whiny voices (the narrator is also female so this is even weirder). it takes place on the south but all the men/boys are weirdly cultured and maybe sound British. the narrator is awful
the story is ridiculously dramatic but maybe on course for high school drama

it's not that good. moves slowly because the narrator includes long long tangents about taco bell and coffee that have no relevance to anything. then Chapter 3 won't play. I deleted it and redownload it. I tried streaming it with wifi. I tried resetting my device. I have up and won't be finishing this

He is an asshole. She is indescribably stupid for a computer "genius". The relationship is abusive. No one in the family steps up to stop his abuse. All the problems could be solved by conversational skills. If you liked the characters in the first book, don't read this. Even Madison gets rewritten as a hormonal stereotype
