Nicknamed by the media the Grim Sleeper, because there appeared to be a 13-year lull in the killings, Franklin met most of the women through random encounters that ended in murder. Significant blunders by the Los Angeles Police Department helped Franklin avoid arrest for years.

Yes, it was an entertaining book, lots of ups and down.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Tommy, because he works on Michael daily and seems to lead him.
What does Sean Runnette bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The way he reads the story, he is Michael Talbot and it comes through.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Makes me laugh some, and hurts my heart other times.

It was different from the zombie books, but it was a good listen. But for me it's kinda left open.
