The elderly curator of the Louvre has been murdered inside the museum, a baffling cipher found near the body. As Langdon and gifted French cryptologist, Sophie Neveu, sort through the bizarre riddle, they are stunned to discover a trail of clues hidden in the works of Da Vinci, clues visible for all to see and yet ingeniously disguised by the painter.

Amusing piece of fluff
Revisado: 02-14-04
Reads like Grisham - same low quality of writing, pseudo scientific. Yet, an excellent vehicle to express your anger at the church, and at religion in general. The latter point makes it worth reading.

Good, engaging history of philosopy
Revisado: 02-14-04
Especially strong in its depiction of early Greek philosophy - but engaging all the way through. Not as easy to listen as fiction, yet the excellent narration helps. You may want to listen to it again after a while.
