Good but not my favorite CH book
Revisado: 12-30-23
The female characters were a little too dramatic, and Clara. I’ll be at a teen was a little too whiny. The narration of some of the scenes were sort of annoying. The story was amazing yet when Morgan told Clara the truth, I would have wanted a little more boom and words explaining the situation. This was the first book of CH that didn’t keep me hooked endlessly.

Maybe not as good as Maybe someday
Revisado: 07-16-23
I always find the second book in a series to be somewhat anticlimactic. Although a great series overall Maggie’s voice was different. Her voice sounded fake. I liked her voice much better in Maybe Someday. Jake’s voice also was off for me. Where are these men? I mean I’m single and dating and I have yet to meet a man as nice as Warren, let alone Jake or Ridge! The are so kind and loving. I love all of Coleen Hoover all her books but the voices make it or break it. On to the next!

Greg is a fantastic writer and takes many concepts that we all know and reinforces them in a way that it sticks. He made me feel strong willing and able about a decision I just made for myself. From life experiences, many of his recommendations, I have found to be exceptionally true. Nonetheless this book came to me at the perfect time in my life to reinforce all the strategies truths and behaviors I need to design my new life as a single person. Thanks Gregg!

Historia
It wasn’t until early 2018 that I was forced to realize that something was seriously wrong in my life. At 38 years old, my relationship and marriage of over 10 years fell apart. I was jobless and living on a friend’s couch. I felt numb and completely lost in the world without a compass. As the months passed and I got back on my feet, I began to truly understand what had happened to me in that time. Through seeing two different therapists during and after the fallout of my marriage, it became extremely clear.

Real and pure. Such a great support for anyone trying to heal from a painful past/ an abusive past. Anyone can relate to one or more aspects of Brien’s experiences. It’s uplifting and true. Must check it out if you have ever had abuse in your life.
