Historia
My name is Kazimir Wolfe. People call me "Kaz", except they don’t. I never use my real name; it’s too dangerous, for me and for anyone I meet. I’m on the run from the law, who think I killed my aunt, and from whoever did kill her, because they want to finish the job. So, I move around a lot, working construction or whatever job I can find. It’s a lonely life. I don’t let anyone get close...people who get close to me end up dead. Why? I’m a wizard. The world’s only wizard, as far as I know.

What she uncovers sends shock waves through the corridors of power. The NSA is being held hostage…not by guns or bombs but by a code so complex that if released would cripple U.S. intelligence. It's no DaVinci code
Revisado: 05-14-21
Don't make the mistake of thinking this will have the same feel as DaVinci code. it's predictable and barely entertaining. It's finishable, but just barely.

not good
Revisado: 07-05-20
implausible and overly-written, weak story line. Good beginning, bad everything else. No clue how so many gave it 4-5 stars.

Worst narrator ever for a decent book.
Revisado: 08-21-19
I'm not sure how such a poor narrator can get paid to read such a popular book. It's the first time I've ever listened to an audiobook and thought I could've done a better job.

horrible ending
Revisado: 04-30-19
it was a decent book with a decent storyline, but the ending was one of the worst I've read in a long time. it's like he had a deadline to meet and didn't have time to finish the book oh, so he just whip something up in 5 minutes and used it as the last chapter. very disappointing to say the least

very good book
Revisado: 02-01-19
very good book. it's no Ender's game, but what is? I'm a huge fan of Stephen rudnicki's voice and tempo, and any book from the ender genre without it seems lacking to me. if Ender's is a 5 star, then this is a 4 star, as are most of his books.

Historia
If you've ever laughed your way through David Sedaris's cheerfully misanthropic stories, you might think you know what you're getting with Calypso. You'd be wrong. When he buys a beach house on the Carolina coast, Sedaris envisions long, relaxing vacations spent playing board games and lounging in the sun with those he loves most. And it's as idyllic as he imagined, except for one tiny, vexing realization: it's impossible to take a vacation from yourself. With Calypso, Sedaris sets his formidable powers of observation - and dark humor - toward middle age and mortality.

finally another great book by Sedaris

most of the stuff that Sedaris has put out in the last five to ten years has just been filler, but this one is finally as good as his first few novels, as opposed to just recycled diary entries
