Very helpful, but narration detracted

The content is very helpful for someone dealing with any sort of OCD, but the sing-songy nature of the narrator was a distraction and almost felt mocking at times. Narrator would be much better for fiction. Despite that, there are lots of useful insights and tools.

Make voice is unbearable

I would’ve loved to hear this entire book, but the narrator’s male voice was like nails on a chalkboard. Think Pee Wee Herman. I’ll buy the paperback.
